OPI Uh-Oh Roll Down the Window

I don't have a lot to say about this one, surprisingly.  I was really tired when I took these pictures, so they're not very good.  I also let my friend borrow the polish so I don't have the bottle.  I'm holding one of my perfume bottles in these shots.

I think that this is a very nice olive green.  But that's really all I think about it.  At this point I have a lot of olives in my collection (because they're my favorite, which I wrote about in this post), so this one doesn't necessarily fill any gaps.  But it is pretty.  So if you're building your collection and you are lacking an olive green, this would be a good one to pick up.

The pros here include a nice formula (two coats), a pretty almost-neutral color, and name referencing a fart (maybe?  or vomit?  who knows.  the debate about this one will, I'm sure, go down into the annals of history).  Olive green seems like this season's go-to color.  All the big companies are producing them for us.  It was kind of a difficult-to-find color about two years ago (hence my insane love for polishes like China Glaze Wagon Trail and OPI At Your Quebec and Call) but now they're everywhere.  So rejoice, lovers of olive green!  Now you have your pick.

Thoughts on this one?  On the name?  I know everyone has already talked about this and I'm behind, but I do my best to keep up!

  1. I like this colour! It's not the conventional pretty color!

  2. I like it. I need this one...well, I don't NEED it, but I would enjoy to have another olive green in my stash. I always think of the name and vomit...because if it was referencing a fart...you'd think instead of the "uh oh" being there it would be yuck, gross, ick....something like that... I don't know.. I just think of it as someone is car sick... especially since it is touring america...car trip...car sick..vomit... yeah. :-)

  3. I really like this. I should pick this one up because weirdly I don't have an olive creme, which is terrible because I absolutely love the color. I need to stock up on more ugly/weird colors. And to be honest, I think the name is funny, mostly because my dad used to do that all the time (fart in the car and then roll down the window)

  4. This is not as bad as I thought it was going to be - but I did pass it on to a friend as I have both of the greens from the 2 fall Zoya collections and like both of those.

  5. Oooo this almost leans toward sage in those photos. Don't get worried about whether you're behind - we all know you have a syllabus to keep up with and such. Besides, all the stores around me still have summer out for the buying!

  6. I like this color, but the name is so gross, I don't want it. I think I'm going to get China Glaze West Side Warrior and leave this one alone.

  7. I didn't get this because I thought it looked awfully similar to china glaze westside warrior which I love! But you can never have too many olive greens now can you?

  8. In terms of bodily functions, the name immediately brings to mind a fart for me. I have no idea why OPI would do this. A little too cheeky, maybe?
